Bio: I am a fully qualified teacher,with over 23 years teaching experience in the classroom and as a private tutor. I started on recorder age 6/7 at primary school and learnt violin shortly afterwards. Through excellent teaching and good nurturing I also studied viola, oboe achieving grade 8 on all 3 instruments! Piano came next and I was hooked. I gained a place at Dartington College of Arts and successfully passed my music degree. I also have a P.G.C.E. and a Masters in Special Needs.

Work: I have worked in the classroom, teaching Music, French, English and Maths  and also for various music authorities, private schools and trusts in the West Midlands. I now work for myself as Calm C's and love EVERY minute of it!
